An important, yet frequently overlooked statistic in most practices is the "MISSED APPOINTMENT PERCENTAGE". This number is arrived at by simply dividing the number of kept appointments by the number of scheduled appointments. You should strive for better than 90%, but anytime this number is below 80% it really needs to be addressed. We can help you do that if you have not done so previously.
